The Otis and Rosie Brown Foundation is dedicated to the success of all scholars who have received an ExtraordinaryIs scholarship. We recognize that our scholars may need additional support during their college careers. Scholars who have previously been awarded an ExtraordinaryIs scholarship may reapply yearly for sustaining scholarship while they are in undergraduate school.
