Passport Initiative

The mission of the Otis & Rosie Brown Initiative is to provide resources for local students allowing them the opportunity to obtain a passport for an extraordinary experience abroad.

This will provide local students access to obtain their first passport and enrich their lives by immersing themselves in new cultural experiences. By enriching their own lives, they will ultimately influence, shape, and edify the community they live in.

Students must submit their passport application to the George W. Hawkes Downtown library location to have their costs covered.
